Well now you can get that look yourself! Check out my new tutorial!
Mess around with what glitter you use as your base, as well as what color you use to fill in with at the end. Try cremes and shimmers for different effects. Flakies would make a beautiful diamond effect as well!
If you recreate this look using this tutorial, please provide a link back to my blog.
Oooh I'm gonna have to try this.

Am I missing the instructions? LOL. How on earth do you do this?
ReplyDeleteNope! Just go from left to right, top to bottom in the picture, adding each line that is shown. Each 'nail' in the tutorial is a different step, adding one line at a time.
DeleteWhat do you use to add the lines?
DeleteI have a very small striping brush I use. Similar to the red one shown here.
DeleteExcellent tutorial, I've been wanting to try this look out for a while but wasn't sure exactly how to do it - thank you!!
ReplyDeletewhat kind of black polish is?it's gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteIt's OPI's Black Onyx.
Deletethank you very much!! :)
DeleteThis is so cool! I'm definitely gonna try this.
ReplyDeleteHow do you fill in the nail?
ReplyDeleteThe glitter is put down first using the brush from the bottle. Then the black diamond shape is drawn. Finally, I fill in around the diamond shape with black, using a nail art brush loaded up with polish.
